My versa 2, is years old. My phone can see the versa 2, but the versa 2 can’t see phone.
Started with versa sending notification buzz every 1-2 minutes or less.
Then face changed to what I suspect is a default one, often just displays the Fitbit logo. Sometimes my chosen watch face will return briefly.
Have turned off and on, same with phone, this is when I noticed the syncing issue.
looking through the app the last time it synced was 12 september.
