I have a samsung J7 android and i cannot get the app to sync with my Versa tracker, ca anyone advice what the oroblem is.

@John45 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the syncing issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing with your Samsung J7, I'm afraid that this device is not in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why your watch doesn't sync with your phone.

 

I'd like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion, which requests compatibility of this device. The more votes this request gets, the more chance it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.
