Sync problem

Good evening,

I have received yesterday my fitbit versa 2. I have trouble with sync and get notifications. I have enable everything, it starts working but after 30 min I stop to receive notifications. I check on the app for sync and they say that the phone need to be restarted. I got a Huawei p10. And it's annoying all the time restart the phone or unpair the device. I hope in a solution as it's disappointing. Thanks

Try Restarting the tracker itself and do it several times if necessary.

If the Restart didn't work, try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, then Factory Reset.

I was having the same problems with mine. Would work for a bit and then would have to restart everything. It seemed like it was loosing connection and then would not find it again until I turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on again. I tried all the suggested fixes and turned off WiFi because I thought it might be related to my dual-band router. No solution. I ended up turning off the "Always Connected" setting and haven't had a problem in 3 days. I don't know if this will solve your connectivity issues but may be worth a shot? It almost seems like when I turned "off" the setting it actually turned it on.
