So I just bought a versa 2. Days it’s synced. My steps etc are coming up but I can’t open any apps on the versa itself. Also not getting any notifications. Wifi keeps disconnecting.
ive tried reinstalling the app. Turning both my phone and the Versa off and on. I’ve turned Bluetooth off and on. I don’t know what else to do. I feel like I just paid a lot of money for a watch that does nothing I want it to do.
i can’t even get it to give me today’s stats on the versa it just goes to the Fitbit logo and back to the clock.

Wifi will only connect while the tracker is being charged. Once setup, simply plug the charger in, and connect the Versa 2.
The wifi will turn on and try to connect. Music will be updated, and then check for updates to any apps.
Wifi is not used during a sync.
Have you tried a restart?
