I have a Samsung Galaxy S22, Android device. For the last two days, my Versa 2 has not synched with my phone. Yesterday I decided to unpair and re-pair it. Now the phone won't recognize the device st all when trying to re-pair it. I've tried rebooting the phone, rebooting the watch, turning Bluetooth on and off, force quitting the app, and finally, Uninstalled and reinstalling the app. I've had the watch both on the charger and off the charger. I've tried on my home wifi and on my mobile connection. No matter what, it still isn't recognizing the device now.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? (I browsed the recent posts, but didn't see anything.) Any other suggestions of what to try?

This exact situation is happening to me. I have an iPhone 11, the watch gave me an error about clearing data out of nowhere and then I saw there was an update and I’ve been trying to update all day, with no results. I’ve tried the same things you have as well
