I am having to sync my fitbit versa everyday and I have noticed I can do so after 9am. Is there an option where it can just be sync and not me having to do it everyday?

Do you mean you have to sync it manually? You have to open the app and tell it to sync? If that is what you mean, yes, if you turn on all day sync it should do it automatically. In yourbapp go to your account (id card icon in the top right) and select Versa. On the Versa page, turn All Day Sync to on.

The only reason it should be like that is if your phone is not on the Supported Devices List What phone is it?

Well that phone is on the list so should work! Unfortunately I am not an iPhone person so cant help you with it. Hopefully someone who knows iPhones will come along.

I've had syncing issues that were luckily solved by the new update (v 33.1.30). Have you updated your app and OS?
