How do I respond on my Versa

@Bleach I am assuming you're talking about quick reply feature. It is currently available only on Android. Once you receive a notification on your Versa, just tap on it, then tap Reply button and select your Quick Reply message. You can set your custom messages in the Fitbit mobile app, just tap on Versa icon, go to Notifications, Quick Replies. Remember to sync after.
