Syncing Problems

My Fitbit won't sync and the clock is displaying incorrect time. I tried downloading app again and even though it is 100 percent charged it can't find the Versa. Any suggestions?

The time should sort itself out once it starts syncing again.

 

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
