Syncing Versa 2 with Alexa Home Hub

Hello,

Does anyone know if it's possible to connect my Versa 2 Special Edition to my Alexa home hub please? I've tried but the hub doesn't seem to recognise any new devices. I'd like to be able to ask the watch to switch my heating on at home when I'm out. Is this possible?

Thank you

Hi @Sutty10.

You will need to go into the Alexa tile in the fitbit app and sign in with your Amazon account there. You can do this by opening the fitbit app on your phone, tapping your account image, tap on Versa 2 and then tap the Alexa tile. Once you've done this you will need to download the Alexa app from the play store or app store and make sure that all of your smart devices are set up correctly on your account. From there you can also create routines or set up new skills.
