I purchased the S10 yesterday to get home & not be able to sync it to my versa. So angry is an understatement!! I have read forums etc saying S10 is not compatible to some people saying they got their fitbits connected & working fine. If anyone can please make any suggestions that would be great! I love my fitbit but if i cant get it to sync i am going to have to look at getting a Samsung watch which i dont want

Congratulations on your new Samsung S10 phone. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you're experiencing with syncing your Fitbit Versa with your new phone. While it's not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. Our engineering team works really hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases, so our customers can enjoy their devices to the fullest. Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I continue to have trouble connecting and syncing my Versa 2 and my Samsung Galaxy 10e smartwatch -- I've done everything I've seen here and from other sites. Wazzup?
