Syncing Versa with a computer and phone

hi, i was trying to sync some personal music onto my Fitbit Versa. To do so, i download the Windows app on from Windows, and add my Versa onto the Desktop Fitbit app. the problem is, once i add my Versa onto the Desktop App, it removes my Versa from my Android App, vice versa. Why is that? is there something i am doing it wrong? or do i have to "add a device" every time i want my Versa to download music from computer or connect it back to my phone?

@NancyKLK Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! I have seen this happening when you inadvertenly have created two accounts. This usually happens when there is a typo or you use several accounts with small name variations (ei user2 user22, user222 etc). Please check which email address you are using when logging on with your computer and phone and make sure they are the same. If you go to your Fitbit app on your phone tap the account button (looks like an id card at the top right corner) then tap help > Contact Customer Support > Female health tracking which will prompt you to write a message but most importantly show the email associated with that account. Once you have the same account on both your computer and phone you won't need to log out from it and just transfer music to your Versa.
