Good morning. I have not been able to sync my Versa for the last 15 hours. I have updated my phone but I’m not keen on doing a restore as I don’t want to lose my old information. Also I have not been receiving my text message notifications as well. That has been for over 2 weeks now as well.
Many help would be appreciated.

Hi, this is a known problem between Fitbit and iOS and which is under investigation by Fitbit. Want you can try to do, is these suggestions. I do not promise that it will work, but you can try it anyway, for some iPhone users this will work for others, for unknown reasons, it does not. Do not be afraid to loose any data cause they are stored on the Fitbit Servers.

This also happens to me as well. I have not synced since this past Tuesday, and I've cleaned my sensors on the watch, charged it and tried a manual sync. I then restarted my phone, than again turn it off for a bit. Do not know what else to do.
ZTE N9518 is my phone.
