I bought Redmi Go which does not sync properly with my fitbit versa. I hope you to solve my issue so that i can recieve notification on my watch

Congratulations on your new Redmi Go. Thank you for sharing that you're experiencing difficulties with syncing your Fitbit Versa and receiving notifications. I understand how you are feeling and appreciate your feedback. Our engineering team works really hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases, so our customers can enjoy their trackers to the fullest. 

 

While your new phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently.
