Syncing and time display

I use my versa primarily as a medical device display... Until today or has been working okay... But now... No display for hours.. Clock on phone is 15 min behind despite changing it... It will not sync with my phone again after "forgetting " please help... I've restarted my phone and watch.. Tried to re sync. Changed time etc... Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated

What phone are you using?

Try restarting the Versa, and on your phone turn off bluetooth and then restart the phone. Turn bluetooth back on and try syncing again.
