I noticed under settings, about, under IP address it says Wi-fi off. Could this be why my Versa will not connect to my Bluetooth and why it has trouble syncing? How do I change that to Wi-fi on?

I checked mine and it says off too, but I have no trouble syncing, so doubt that is affecting yours. It is under IP address, so I think it is saying it is not connected to wifi so there is no IP address to show. It only connects to wifi when it needs to.
What phone are you using?
