I had real problems with my Versa 2 syncing after firmware update so complained to Fitbit the only suggestion they had was to purchase a new one as my warranty was out of date , also they offered me discount so I bought a new one and wait for it it did exactly the same I complained and received a replacement which had the same problem complained and yet another replacement which also didn`t work so I requested a refund which after a lot of discussion with them they gave me the refund .You may think that was the the end of it but no I did something that maybe none of you who are having the same problem would have dreamt of I deleted my account removed my OLD Versa 2 from phone etc then I created a new account went through all the installing instructions and would you believe it my old out of warranty Versa 2 worked and it is still working so if like me you have syncing problems give it a go the only thing you will lose is all the stats from when you first got your Versa !!!!
