I recently upgraded to Versa 2. I added it to the updated app and was only able to sync 1 time fully in the past week. It is definitely a huge frustration with tracking (kind of the point of the Fitbit). Ive tried on my phone (LG G5) and my iPad Pro, and even on my MacBook Pro. Nothing. Resets. Restarts. Bluetooth off/ons. App install/uninstall/reinstalls... The sync progress bar gets to just under 50% and stops. It holds for about a minute or two then disconnects and attempts to sync again, and again, and again... until whatever I'm using dies. At this point I'm just thankful for unlimited wi-fi else my data plan would be exponential. An app update or fix or help would be amazing FitBit app dev crew. Thanks.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
