Syncing difficulties with Versa Lite - Feedback

My wife has a Fitbit Versa Lite that is only a few months old and it recently stopped syncing and updating its software. Contacted the ''Tech Support'' and we were told that since we use a Mac book as our home computer that we would have to go borrow a computer that has windows 10.....seriously!!!! You spend that kind of money and we have to borrow someones computer to fix their issue....wow thats some sound advice. No offer to give money back or replace the faulty device, knowing that they have issues with the product. We will be sure to let people know not to buy this product....sounds like its better to save up for an Apple watch.

In regards the syncing issue you're experiencing, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Mac computer or any compatible mobile device that can prevent the syncing procedure to be completed.
