12/24 clock change

Hi, recently got a versa 2 but I can't change from a 12 hour to a 24 clock through the Fitbit app. The app didn't show anyway to change the setting ? Any help would be great thx

How do I change to a 12 or 24 hour clock?

1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon  > Settings > Personal Info.
2. Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units. 
3. Click Submit and sync your device.

Note it must be done from fitbit.com dashboard; i.e. in a web browser.

Thanks for the reply, how do you sync through fitbit.com on-line ?  I can't see where I do that. Thanks again

After you have requested the changes at fitbit.com and said Submit, then you can do regular sync from phone app or wherever.  I see how that was misleading.  After you have done the Submit, the change is in your account, so a regular sync will pick it up.
