Syncing difficulties with Versa Lite

I tried yesterday to sync my fit bit lite versa to a Sony Xperia and it never worked so started again with a iPhone 8 still never worked shall we take it back or can u sort the problem cheers

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Sony Xperia or the iPhone 8 that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
