Syncing difficulties with Versa

Phone and Fitbit not staying in sync. 

Time are off,Fitbit five. Minutes  slow. Phone will tell me devices not find and then , it will be there.

 

 

Any one else having these kind of problems.  It was stuck on fitbit logo for awhile also.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
