When on the app my Versa 2 does not sync. It’s looking for the device and does not find it. This has happened in the past and really frustrating. Could anyone help

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Buongiorno, ho lo stesso problema di sincronizzazione con il mio Versa.
Inoltre credo ci sia un’incompatibilità con iPhone iOS 12, da quando l’ho aggiornato, il Fitbit non si aggiorna più e si blocca durante l’aggiornamento, che siano incompatibili?

I have tried everything above. I also replied here over the weekend and do not see my response in this thread. It will not even add my versa 2 back to my s9+phone. It lets me see the code, I enter it in the app.. then it just sits and spins until it tells me something is wrong. I have a new phone and had tried to add it to that one but its the S20plus Ultra and its not compatible. I figured I could at least put the sync back on my original phone and use on wifi ... cant even get the v2 back on it. Bought this Versa 2 in March. It hasnt synced to my s9+ for over 2 months and I assumed when I got my new phone it would work on there. Now it wont on either. I would like a new v2 or something to be done about this! Clearly my watch wont connect with the app. It has the wrong date and time and has for a long time. I'm very unsatisfied and spent alot of my hard earned money to have something I thought was nice.

Buongiorno, ho lo stesso problema con il mio Versa.
Non si accende più dall’altro ieri.
l’ho lasciato in carica tutta notte ma non si accende più e anche tentando il softreset la schermata rimane nera.
Cosa posso fare?

This is becoming so frustrating. Once again my tracker is not syncing. I’m on the app and it says it can’t find my tracker. Can anyone help?

Everything on your response I did prior to sending the initial email. I still have this problem it comes and goes but it’s back . This morning my tracker synced but now as I went on the app it doesn’t sync, it’s looking for my device and doesn’t find it. Also, my tracker is not reading my heartbeat. Again, this is very frustrating as it has happened on numerous occasions and I get no help. This device is new and I should be having this problem. Very unsatisfied with this product and the service and definitely will not recommend to anyone.
