My versa 2 screen is not displaying any information it is just blank but it is charged. How can this be fixed?

Hi @meganos1, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it won't display any information, even though it's charged.

 

Please let me know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
