Hi @Lena59 , personally I do not have any problems with syncing after the latest update, only when I have been for a long time out of Blue Tooth range. Then, when I come home, Fitbit tells me that it cannot find my device. When this happens I open the Today bar, press the watch icon and sync manually. Problem solved. Regards kuzibri

I am also having issues syncing today and yesterday. I have a galaxy Note 10

@Lena59 I haven't had any issues, may I ask which of the 4 possible operating systems your phone or computer uses?
Does your tracker eventually sync?
