Charging was difficult at first, but then it charged 100% and then the screen touch wouldn't work. I did a factory re set but it still wont work.

@Jessica-, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen touch feature is not working properly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same information, I'd like to know how the restart process was performed. In the meantime, I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen touch works properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

JuanJoFitbit, I have had the same issue on and off for the past week. (Only had my Versa2 for a month!) I have done several soft resets -it will even do it on its own. I did do a factory reset (while the touch screen was working) and it seemed to help for 24 hours. Now my Versa2 decides when it wants to work. I do not have a third party clock, I use the Fitbit sundial. It has been rather frustrating. Any other suggestions? I was really happy with my last fitbit and decided to splurge on this one!

I did the one that required me to reconnect it to my phone..

I forgot the precise steps but I had to stop pushing one button after the logo came back.

After the restart it had the default screen
