Why am i having problemes syncing my Versa Lite?? Also keeps losing time

I have the same issue with my Versa Lite. Coming from Samsung smart watches to Fitbit just a pain in my neck. The watch don't sync for days on end. Even after running a Fitbit sync fix app still doesn't work. At this stage only things that help is switching Bluetooth off on phone and restarting fitbit watch then switch Bluetooth back on. It's a pain and a waste of money in my opinion.
