Hi there,

 

I am new to the whole Fitbit world. I have been reading through the forums trying to sort my issue. I have only had my Versa for 8 days. I am participating in a "work week hustle". I am not manually logging workouts, I have the most up to date version of the app etc, I have restarted the app and my phone. I am still having issues getting all my steps to log into the challenge. Has anyone got any advice? I have already quit and rejoined the challenge. Thanks in advance. 😊

This is happening to me for the first time ever after years of using Fitbit. I’m stumped as to what’s causing it

This just happened to me too! I just jogged over 4 miles and my Fitbit shows I did almost 11,000 steps which I’m fine with but said I only went 1.83 miles and I’m in a weekly challenge and it’s saying I only have a little over 4,000 steps. I just got this Versa Lite like 4 days ago and I love it but I’m returning it if I’m going to have problems like this.
