I got the Versa Lite not quite a year ago and have never had any issue until recently. I noticed my Versa stopped syncing a few days ago; I’d have to go onto the app, disconnect the device and reconnect it several times a day, but notifications still never came through. Today, I disconnected the device on the app and “forgot device” on Bluetooth, and now it won’t connect at all. I’ve tried to reset the watch/my phone a couple of time, I’ve deleted the app and loaded it back, but nothing is working! My Bluetooth connects to my car just fine, I just updated the software on my phone a couple days ago, and my Fitbit doesn’t have any update available.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
