My versa lite every time I turn off the my bluetooth on my phone it wont sync back up to my Fitbit, I have to delete my Fitbit and repair it. Its getting super frustrating, I have had many other fitbits before and never had this issue. And I've only had my versa lite 5 days now..

Best Answer@Hermiek I think at this point the only thing to do is waiting for an update that would resolve that issue. 😞

Best Answer@Hermiek By deleting fitbit you mean deleting it from the paired devices list on your phone or fitbit mobile app. When my tracker would not sync even despite rebooting, I would delete it from the paired devices list, restart both phone and Versa, open fitbit app and let it pair. FYI, do not pair it again in the paired devices list, just let fitbit mobile app do that.
Best AnswerFrom the Fitbit app. I have deleted from my phone also, I always let Fitbit app do the pairing. I learned that one many years ago.
Did all the restarts once it is deleted and tried to repair and thats the only way it pairs is after that.
Best Answer@Hermiek removing only from the paired devices doesn't help? Which phone model and OS do you have. I remember having this issue before I switched to pixel. 😞
Best AnswerNope 😞
I have an S7. My old versa connected fine. It wasnt the lite, but still a versa and brand new 😞
