Syncing my versa lite

Hi. I have a versa lite. It is synced to my phone but now won't upload the info...it did it the first few days but not now...HELP!!! I'm getting really annoyed.

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

• restart phone
• restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
• if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
