My Versa Lite stopped syncing a little after 12 pm. It either won’t finish syncing or says it can’t find my device. I’ve restarted my watch and my phone. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the App. I have working WiFi and Bluetooth. I don’t know what else to do

I’m having the same issue. My steps are there but it isn’t syncing sleep or exercise. It hasn’t worked all day. I did 2 workouts today but neither are there. It gets halfway through the sync then says it failed. (Using iPhone XR)

Versa light won’t sync because it won’t connect to Bluetooth. This is day three of problems. It connected four times 3 days ago, twice yesterday but only connected once today. I’ve checked everything my Bluetooth is connected to and everything but my Fitbit will connect. I’ve closed my app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve shut off my watch and rebooted my modem. The problem is not with my phone or my internet. My phone is an IPhone 8+. Any other advice on how to fix this problem? My steps get counted on my Fitbit so that’s not a problem either.

I followed all of your tips and now I’m having a bigger problem than I did before.

One of your tips was to go to my phones Bluetooth and select forget this device. I did that. Now I can’t get back on Bluetooth. The App can’t/won’t connect.
Now what do I do?

I just updated my software like you’ve suggested, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the App. I’ve turned off my watch and my phone. Can someone please help?
thanks

Uninstall...re-install on mobile device, then reboot Versa, again.

@Docwats what is it that you want to be uninstalled.
Telling fitbit that the tracker is not needed by removing the tracker will bot fix a sync issie
