I attempted assist with facebook on this here fitbit website and it didn't go anywhere so im not sure why it says facebook so I'll post here.
- My versa 3 no longer does anything other than show multiple languages about installation. Fitbit is on my phone, bluetooth turned off and on. I can no longer log into my fitbit acct. I pretend idk what my password is. Do you think i get a email password reset? That's a no. So now i have to create another acct, my user name has to change because my former self used it even though my acct has mysteriously disappeared. Generally speaking, I am not happy with Fitbit. They aren't going to miss my money. They won't miss my acct just as I am no longer missing my acct. I would love an address to mail you my versa and provide free step-by-step directions from me... a customer for 10+ years, on how to shove this product up your abdominal cavity. Now i gotta go create some reviews, thanks!
