I have a new Samsung galaxy s23 fe. I cannot get my Versa 3 to connect to it via bluetooth or sync to the website. I had no problems with my previous Samsung galaxy s20 fe.

Hi there @Dentoid, welcome to the Fitbit Community.

Thanks for sharing your situation with us. I'm glad you get a new phone and would be a pleasure to help you out.

Please make sure you have taken the device out of your previous S20 FE twice before continuing. This is essential to prevent any potential problems while pairing your Versa 3 with your new phone. This includes the Fitbit app; before configuring the S23, please remove it from your S20.

After confirming that you have completed all previous steps, attempt to follow the instructions in this support article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

I have the same problem but I can't delete it on my old phone because it is totally dead. Is there any other way?

I forgot, I have Xperia 10 now.
