I've have been having issues with syncing for several months now and have posted on here a couple of times before and been given many suggestions of what to try to resolve the problems. In the past I have found that I have usually been able to sync on either my iphone or my ipad or my laptop (by turning off the Versa and restarting, turning off bluetooth and turning back on, deleting and reloading app etc etc etc) but it's got to the stage now that it won't sync on any of the devices. I am constantly being told "device not found". Just to compound the issue I am getting prompts that I need to upgrade my Versa but as it won't connect I cannot do this. I'm just going round in circles with this now and am totally frustrated, so much so, that I am seriously considering changing from Fitbit to Apple even though Fitbit has been a way of life with me for the last four or so years. Please can anyone offer any new constructive help as I am really fed up with it now. Thanks and merry Christmas.

I cannot get my versa lite to sync with my phone. It will sync itself a couple times a day, but other than that it says no device found. I at first thought it was because my phone was older, so I got a new phone. Still having the same problem.

Sorry you are having the same problems as I am experiencing. I've tried everything without success. It's not just the syncing that's an issue, it's not recording properly. Couldn't log my walk as "device not found", my bpm quite often doesn't register and therefore nor does my exercise, sleep log is a joke, have to edit that most days and so the list goes on. As said in my original post, I can't do the update cos it can't find my device but having read of so many problems reported since others have done the update perhaps that's a blessing in disguise. I hope you get yours sorted Beth315. Happy New Year

I have a new Versa and I am having the same problems. I just finished a 2 hour bike ride and when I started it was tracking fine but when I got home it said I had gone 2 hours but zero miles, zero calories burned, zero everything. Phone was with me so it wasn't a GPS issue but when I got home phone wasn't synced. It is supposed to be on auto sync so it should do it all the time but it just keeps stopping randomly and then it takes a reset of the fitbit app to get it to sync. I am really disappointed in this watch and it certainly isn't all its cracked up to be. I liked my Charge 2 better but now that it has upgraded I hear it is not any good any more either. Too many issues with these products I think - and not enough time spent fixing the problems or giving clear answers as to how to fix them. Frustrated!!
