after trying for 2 hours to update via phone and giving up (no reason to take more than that on 4G unless it's a 100GB file to update), i tried connecting the versa to my charger and plugging that in. i installed the fitbit app off the ms store and it worked straight away after logging in. all my info came up and yet when i tried to sync it told me i needed to use bluetooth - why? the device is there and connected to the PC.
why can't i use the charger when plugged into a PC USB port? was this possibility removed to force us to buy a separate dongle?
i'm giving up on the update. after reading the horror stories from others from the past few weeks i'll just leave it as is i think
