Why isn’t there a sync now button in the Fitbit app. I feel like I’m losing my mind. I last synced Feb 14. I’ve opened my app and now I don’t see anything to I can click on to sync and my watch isn’t syncing automatically.

Hi @auntdebbie224 it was changed quite some time ago to where it automatically syncs. For me, using an Android app, I just pull down and it updates. You can also reboot your phone or turn bluetooth off and on to get it to sync.

I got it to sync after I logged back in after changing my password. I had already updated the app. In my humble opinion, there should be a SYNC NOW icon on the main Fitbit screen. Sometimes you just want a time, date, or step update and don’t want to go into your daily screen.

Hi @auntdebbie224 - there is a sync now button, in the Fitbit App, in addition to pull down on the main Today screen, click profile photo, device photo, and the sync button.
However this should not normally be necessary as the watch should sync in background.
You can install the SimpleCheckUp app on the watch to see when it last synced and if it is connecting well to the app.
