Syncing with OnePlus 2

It is ridiculous to say the least that Fitbit products are advertised as being Android compatible but then finding out that certain mobile phones are not! I have a OnePlus 2 and have been having issue with syncing the app with the watch. Tried everything but nothing seems to work. Spoke to Fitbit, the only solution they came up with was to return my watch since my phone is not on the compatability list! Ridiculous!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @dazz01. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your experience and feedback. Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome. Thank you for taking the time to contact Customer Support and troubleshoot the issue. I totally understand how you are feeling. While OnePlus 2 phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. Syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement and I recommend confirming the complete troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Our engineering team works really hard to keep up with every new phone and mobile device releases, so our customers can enjoy their devices to the fullest. I recommend keeping an eye on this article, as it will be listed there when your device is fully supported: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
