My fitbit versa 2 synced without problem yestetday, but today, it's just not syncing and i now have my child's fitbit ace 2 on the account for about a werk now, syncing was no problem with that too, till today.

Yes I've had that problem. Pull the screen down and hold it down. Don't let go until it's synced also it needs to be charged over like 20%

Thanks for replying. Just before i hgot ot your reply, i actually turned my
phone off & restarted it again, and that seemed to have worked...weird.
