My Versa Lite is not syncing to my Samsung A20 all of a sudden. The time is incorrect. Fitbit is telling me my phone is not compatible. Why is it incompatible all of a sudden? What is going on?

What is your watch version?
On the watch Swipe left Click on Settings Scroll & click on About Version near the top |
What is your Fitbit App version?
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Help & Support App Version at the top |
In the meantime you can try this procedure
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully Log back in to the Fitbit app *Quick Shortcut. Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones] |
