Went for a run today, versa 2 was connected during the run. A map of my run has showed on the Fitbit mobile app, but the map has not shown up on my Strava mobile app. Also when I choose the Strava app on the versa 2 device it says “link account. Go to your Strava settings on your Fitbit mobile app to log in”. I’ve checked on Fitbit mobile app and my Strava account is definitely linked to Fitbit as my only option is to logout.
Any ideas?!

It may be that Strava does not import that info from your Fitbit account.

Hi. Have you managed to sort out the issue regarding this message: “link account. Go to your Strava settings on your Fitbit mobile app to log in” I'm having the same issues and have re-synced the apps several times but no luck.
