Syncs and Connects but never syncs the Wallet/Card

I can sync the device and receive notifications. However when I try to sync the wallet from within the "android app > Versa Device > Wallet" I get sync failed. unable to connect to device, make sure device is nearby. I can follow that up immediately a normal device sync from the main menu. What is happing?

Oppo R15 wont sync the Wallet. Nice to know.
Syncd perfectly fine with the Samsung S5 and can continue to use Oppo R15 from now on.

Hi, were do you live? Did you install Wallet on your Versa?

Australia. Wallet was already installed.

Hi, AFAIK, Wallet is as for now only supported in the USA ans several banks in the UK. Also in some other countries some banks are supported not all of them.

My bank recognises fitbit pay as an option. I can add the card to wallet but cannot sync it to the physical device.
