Tapping my versa to see notifications

I do not see notifications on my versa unless I tap the screen. I use to look at watch face and could see everything   Without touching or tapping it. Now I have to tap the screen. How do I fix that.

@Matilda11 Long press the left button on your Versa to access quick menu. Make sure Screen Wake is set to Auto. Toggle between Auto and Manual and back to Auto with a reboot of your tracker in-between (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons to reboot). Open Fitbit mobile app and make sure the Quick View setting is enabled. Sync.
