So, after reading lots of reviews about the product and well it has performed I decided to purchase the Versa. Everything seemed fine when I received that product. After a few days I was curious about the device and wanted to see how I've been sleeping. Well it wasn't tracking my heart rate so therefore couldn't track my sleep pattern.
That's what I found out through 2 chats and troubleshooting. So finally, after multiple resets and troubleshooting I decided to look at previous forums and complains about the Versa. I found out from other individuals like myself that have tattoos on both arms in the area where you would typically wear a watch/Fitbit, it wasn't reading their heart rate. I decided to test this theory out. My wife, my kids, co-workers, all whom done have any tattoos, the Versa worked just fine and read everything as it should. I put it back on myself, and yes, as Fitbit would say, not too tight or not too loos, well it went back to not reading. So don't waste your time purchasing this product if you have any tattoos in this area as it will prevent it from performing at its best. So if you want for other reasons then go for it.
