I am receiving all notifications EXCEPT text notifications. I have done every suggestion on the troubleshooting page  multiple times but am still not receiving text messages that I used to receive. It seems that text notifications stoped after the last Apple phone update. How can I fix this?

This did not help. I have not been receiving text messages in several weeks now. It is very disappointing and I am ready to get rid of my Fitbit and move to a different company. No one can provide me with a date and there is no information about when this problem will be fixed. It is not good enough for customers to say you are working on it. Too vague of an answer and kinda disrespectful.
