Hello all,
I have a Versa tracker and an Android phone. I have had my tracker for over a year now and all of a sudden it stopped vibrating ONLY for texts and emails. It will still vibrate for calls and alarms. In addition, the notification WILL be there when I pull the screen down but it will not vibrate, alerting me of the message. I'm very frustrated. Anyone have the same issue?

Should definitely work on that phone. Try restarting the tracker several times, and also uninstall the Fitbit app on your phone and then reinstall it. See how that goes. If it is still not vibrating for texts then try a Factory reset on your Versa (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About)

Thank you for the advice! I did a factory reset and it is now acting weirder. 😞 It does vibrate now when I receive texts/emails but now it keeps resetting or something (it will vibrate and the Fitbit logo will appear). After about 20 seconds it will go back to normal. In addition, the screen will randomly pause and glitch, not reacting to my touch. I feel like this could be a warranty issue!
