My Versa just does after only about 15 months of use. I got it for Christmas 2018 and as of today it’s officially dead, will not charge , nothing. Wondering how long everyone has had their Versa? The warranty is 1 year and I don’t want to have to be purchasing one every 15 months.

The exact same thing has happened to me. Initially, I needed to charge my versa, but would not charge and is now completely dead. I bought a new charger thinking that that was the issue, but that didn’t work; so it must be the phone. I just bought this Dec 2018.

Also got mine Christmas 2018 and slowly began dying yesterday. Wouldn’t hold a charge and now won’t count my steps. Only stays charged a few hours.

Same thing here. Received for Christmas 2018, it started glitching this morning and now tonight it will not even turn on.
