Text and incoming calls not linking to versa

 I no longer am receiving texts on my versa and incoming phone calls are not showing up on my versa. I have synced it multiple times, removed the device from my phone and re-synced it several times as well. Any other ideas? Also confirmed under settings that my notifications are set to “on”.

I have been having the same issue with mine since yesterday. I did have a few emails come through but my Versa did not vibrate when they came through. I only saw them because I checked my notifications. It is really frustrating. 

I have reset both my Versa and my phone. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I removed the data and cache from the apps memory.  I turned off my bluetooth and paired my phone and Versa. Nothing is working.

Not sure if you did this, but try holding in left button a few seconds.  Check Notifications are not off there (might have to scroll left or right to see it.

That fixed it!!  I didn’t realize I could control notifications by holding down the left button. Also don’t know how all notifications were turned “off” there when they were showing “on” under my settings. Whatever though, it worked! I am now getting calls and texts via my versa. Thank you!

I look at the left button as kind of a temporary quick-access 'do not disturb'.

My notifications are turned on. I checked on the Versa as well. It's not working. My Versa has never alerted me to notifications sent through fitbit either. Hmph.
