Hi, cannot find your device in the list of Fitbit supported devices, that might be a cause. Nevertheless, are you using the standard text message app or another one? What you can try is: go to notifications - text messages and disable it. After that restart your phone, go back to notifications and text messages and enable it again. Hope this helps. If you're using another app for text messages, you will see that in the list of text messages apps and choose the one you're using, f.i. Textra or the like.

 TRY THIS>>>

I am not sure if you have an Apple or Android device?I have an android (Samsung Galaxy S5) device and have had multiple issues with receiving text notifications of my Versa. I have read forum after forum to find answers and finally I figured out it was an issue within my phone. I went to settings, SOUND AND NOTIFICATION>>scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see NOTIFICATION ACCESS>> open this and you should see the Fitbit Notification Service and you will need to slide the button to ON. This may not help you with your specific device but that is what I found to be the culprit! Hope this helps.

What @SunsetRunner says.

In addition check also that the Fitbit app in your smartphone has SMS permission enabled.

To check it go to settings (Android settings, not Fitbit app settings), select Apps and Notifications, Fitbit and then Permissions.

If you need further clarifications do not hesitate to post again.
