Text message notifications

Hi guys I’m new to this so I’m hoping you guys will help me. 😊

I have a Fitbit Versa lite, I used to receive notifications on my Fitbit of my text messages but recently this hasn’t been happening, however I am still getting phone call notifications. Some help me please!! 🙃🤔😂

Hello @LaurenMoncur without knowing anything about what phone or version of the OS is on the phone we will not be able to help you with your phone issue. 

Have you checked the software board for your phone type? Android, Win10, ios

Thier might even already be a thread pinned to the top of the correct board

I have iPhone 7 and iOS13. I just updated it to this new iOS yesterday, and that's when I stopped receiving notifications for text messages. However, I can still receive notifications for calls and all the other apps I've turned on notifications for (ie messenger, Outlook, etc.). Just no text messages. 

I've tried reinstalling the app, resyncing my fitbit, and toggling the option to allow notifications for text messages. 

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

This exact same thing started happening to me today. I tried all the trouble shooting steps and nothing has worked. It's very frustrating.

There's a known bug affecting notifications with iOS 13. For those of you affected by this, keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit are posting updates and recommendations:
