I can't clear my text if my watch. How do I reset my watch?

Hi @taylor427 - you can restart your watch with this procedure How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

However, you can also do a full Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu.

Wait at least 10 seconds for it to complete before placing on the charger to restart and charge it.

Also make sure you don't have a syncing problem, though the restart may restore syncing to work properly.

@taylor427- did you do a factory reset, if so there is sometimes a bug which can destroy the watch.
